Frankly, we are still so unsure of our next steps. While our world was imploding, our family was simultaneously navigating some serious health crises and big life changes.
Unfortunately, and uncharacteristically, my gut has stopped speaking to me. That's devastating for me as I live solely on intuition and instinct. And so, we have removed ourselves from the world and checked into the Sundara Inn & Spa for 48 hours. Here's hoping this reset will bring answers and peace for how we navigate life and parenting in a pandemic.
I'm sharing because there is currently so much anger and polarizing beliefs on what is right and wrong that being in a place of uncertainty on your own opinions and beliefs is a really lonely place. If you happen to be there too, I want you to know you aren't alone. I have faith in humanity and truly believe almost everyone is really just trying to do the best they can for themselves, their people AND the world.
Some of us are right and some of us are wrong. But "wrong" and "evil" aren't always the same. Chin up, friends. Goodness always wins. My gut knows that much.
